Terms for the automated report service.
Please review these limits before purchasing or relying on a report.
One purchase, one VIN
Each $100 purchase authorizes the automated workflow for one VIN during the stated access period. A different VIN requires a separate purchase. Attempts to bypass payment, share authorization tokens, scrape the service, or interfere with its controls are prohibited.
Automated preliminary evaluation
The output is an automated preliminary estimate based on user-supplied facts, market records, and disclosed assumptions. It is not a guaranteed vehicle value, settlement, insurance decision, legal opinion, or signed independent appraisal unless a qualified appraiser separately reviews and signs it.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information supplied, for reviewing every fact and source, and for deciding whether and how to use or submit a document. The service does not file a claim, communicate with an insurer, or extend a deadline.
Availability
External VIN and listing services may be unavailable or incomplete. “No reported accident” is not proof that a vehicle has no prior damage or history. Comparable listings require independent review.
Payments and disputes
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility and support instructions will be shown at checkout or on the payment receipt. A refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payment may immediately revoke report access.
Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that an insurer, buyer, seller, court, or other party will accept the output or pay any claimed amount.
